Morgan-Keller General Construction recently began Knowles Manor Senior Housing in Kensington, MD. The new five-story senior apartment building will include 94 one and two bedroom units, one level below grade parking, and a center courtyard.
Community amenities include a library, computer room, exercise room, activity room, wellness center, laundry room, and several outdoor landscaped gathering spaces. Construction is expected to finish in October 2021. The Architect is EDG Architects.
