Morgan-Keller Specialty Construction recently completed a project located at 1050 Key Parkway in Frederick, MD for Parkway Key, LLC. The project included the fit-out of two suites for different businesses.
Designed by Proffitt & Associates Architects, Menocal included a 7,281 SF interior renovation of existing medical space into updated examination rooms. New equipment was also installed to provide an enhanced therapeutic environment.
Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center involved splitting a suite into two separate spaces with new openings into the stair tower. All new interior finishes, new flooring, and detailed painting were provided and a one-hour fire partition was also created between the two suites. This project was designed by Heath Design Group.
