Morgan-Keller is nearing completion of Loudoun View Senior Living in Sterling, VA. Designed by Wiencek + Associates, the four-story, 88,871 SF apartment building will provide 79 one-bedroom and 19 two-bedroom units for seniors.
The apartments will incorporate universal design elements to meet resident accessibility needs in aging. The property will also feature leasing and property management, as well as onsite resident services to build community and help residents age with dignity and support.
