Great progress is happening at our Mount St. Mary's University Knott Academic Center Expansion and Renovation project in Emmitsburg, MD. We are currently working on installation of exterior insulation board and storefront windows, setting new rooftop HVAC equipment, and interior MEP rough in.
This project includes a 12,000 square foot addition and renovations to the 49,074 SF Knott Academic Center. The addition will house the Bolte School, Presentation Room, new offices, and classrooms. Renovations will include increased co-curricular learning and collaborative spaces, expanded faculty offices, and upgraded infrastructure.
