Morgan-Keller is currently building a new 75,000 SF, three-story, assisted living retirement community in Lorton, VA. This new 108-unit senior living facility will include all private apartments with 74 units of assisted living and 34 units of memory care. It will be located in the Spring Hill Community, a master-planned development highlighted by high-end residential and outstanding growth with retail options nearby.
The Architect is Gaylen Howard Laing Architect, Inc. of Arlington, TX. Construction started in the fall of 2016 and is expected to finish in September, 2017.
