Construction is coming along nicely at the EDE Apartments in Frederick, MD. The project entails the construction of five, four-story multifamily buildings with a total of 350 Class “A” apartment homes. The project will include a state-of-the-art clubhouse amenity outfitted with a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor pool, co-working spaces, common areas, and meeting rooms suited for entertainment activities. Approximately 525 free parking spaces will be available, as well as 10, two-car garage units, which can be reserved and rented by residents.
