Construction is currently underway at the Residences at East Church in Frederick, MD. This project includes the construction of five, four-story multifamily buildings with a total of 350 Class “A” apartment homes.
The project will include a state-of-the-art clubhouse amenity outfitted with a fully-equipped fitness center, outdoor pool, co-working spaces and common areas, and meeting rooms suited for entertainment activities. The Owner is The Goldstar Group and the Architect is SK+I Architecture.
