Congratulations to the Prospect Hall Project Team on receiving an ABC Baltimore Chapter Excellence in Construction Award on Thursday, April 28th at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore. The project won the award in the General Contractor, New Project - Over $10 Million Category.
This project involved construction of 13 three and four-story buildings to provide 376 total apartment units (454,350 total SF). The complex also includes a pool, garages, club house, and site amenities. Morgan-Keller worked closely with the Developer, Matan Companies and the Architect, Grimm + Parker, to deliver this 31-acre project.
