Our Bottling Plant project was recognized recently at the Frederick County Office of Economic Development's FRED Awards held virtually. This annual competition honors the most successful commercial real estate transactions and projects of the year – and the people who make them happen. The project won the "Modern Masterpiece Award."
The Bottling Plant was an adaptive reuse and community development project located just outside Downtown Frederick. The project consisted of the creation of 86 luxury apartments and approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial space.
