A Topping Out Ceremony was held for Morgan-Keller’s Emerald Pointe Retail Building Project on Friday, May 18, 2018. The ceremony was held to celebrate the placement of the last steel beam atop the building structure, which is located at the intersection of Marsh and Leitersburg Pikes in Hagerstown, MD.
This project involves the construction of a 32,281 SF two-story retail and office building. The Developer is Paul Crampton and the Architect is MSB Architects.
