    Perform a combination of skilled and unskilled construction tasks as assigned by the Superintendent.

    Assist Project Management team with RFI’s, review of drawings, and submittals in order to learn the terminology and processes in the Construction industry.

    Plan, staff and supervise all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.   • Estimator for MK Concrete

    Develop, evaluate, compile and present scope and cost data for construction and project estimates

  • Facilities Maintenance Supervisor - Commercial Construction

    Supervise small tenant improvement jobs and inspect, maintain, repair, and monitor building systems and equipment and other facility needs at multiple locations. This is a hands on position and candidate should be knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

  • Assistant Project Manager (APM)

    Integral part of the Project Management team. Assist the Project Manager with coordinating communication between field personnel, subcontractors and vendors while also assisting with managing technical and contractual issues.

  • Layout Technician - Concrete

    Enter building contract specifications into engineering instruments. Transform and convert data into building physical layout.

  • Superintendent - General Contracts

    Provide assistance to Project Manager. Schedule the work of the crews, equipment and subcontractors to achieve maximum production in the most efficient manner.

  • Carpenter - General and Specialty Contracts
