Morgan-Keller is currently working on the St. Joseph House C Wing Renovation at the National Shrine of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Emmitsburg, MD.
The 33,000 SF renovation at the Daughters of Charity property includes three levels of dormitories, guest suites, offices, conference rooms, enlarged shower areas, a Classroom, a Chapel and a Library. The renovated housing areas will be utilized by Mount St. Mary’s Seminarians. Extensive demolition has been completed throughout the existing structure.
