Morgan-Keller's Residences at Prospect Hall project in Frederick, Maryland has been awarded a 2015 ABC Baltimore Chapter Excellence in Construction Award. Morgan-Keller worked closely with the Developer, Matan Companies and the Architect, Grimm + Parker, to deliver this 31-acre project. The complex includes 13 three and four-story buildings housing 376 apartments, as well as a pool, garages, club house, and site amenities.
The award will be officially presented at the ABC Baltimore Excellence in Construction Award Banquet to be held on April 28th at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore.
