Morgan-Keller Construction recently began construction of Dick’s Sporting Goods in Leesburg, VA. This project involves a 43,156 SF renovation of an existing retail building to provide a new Dick’s Sporting Goods including a new façade. The project also includes 19,921 SF of landlord work for DSW Warehouse. The Architect for this project is L2M Architects of Glen Burnie, MD and the Developer is Kimco Realty Corporation.
