Morgan-Keller recently began sitework for Riverside Square located on Route 7 in Ashburn, VA. The shopping center will front Route 7 and Riverside Parkway, adjacent to a new interchange, offering tremendous visibility to future retail tenants. This 90,000 SF ground-up shopping center will be available to retail tenants including restaurant, grocery, gas/convenience, pharmacy, and permitted for drive-thrus.
