Morgan-Keller recently began construction on Ashton Apartment Homes located at the site of the former American Cigar Co. in Norfolk, VA. The 118-unit, three-building apartment complex totaling 147,114 SF will include one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans.
The new apartment complex will replicate architectural design elements that resemble the historic factory including the arched window style and the brickwork along the top of the building. The Ashton Apartment Homes name is derived from a cigar brand.
The Developer is S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.
