Morgan-Keller Specialty Contracts is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly Ballantine to Senior Estimating and Project Coordinator. Kelly has been a dedicated team member with Morgan-Keller Specialty Contracts for six years and has taken on additional responsibilities in both Operations and Estimating, including leading the effort to obtain coverage in all trades for every project that Specialty bids.
