A Groundbreaking Ceremony was held on Tuesday, August 10th to celebrate the construction start of Morgan-Keller's Sam's Car Wash project in Frederick, MD. Morgan-Keller team members gathered with Sam's Car Wash ownership, Matan Companies, Harris Smariga & Associates, and Frederick County and Chamber staff to celebrate this important milestone.
This project located at 4960 Westview Drive will include the construction of a state-of-the-art facility featuring a car wash conveyor tunnel, free vacuums, and monthly memberships. Spanning 4,400 SF, the single-story building will offer a comfortable lobby, offices, and employee facilities.
