A Groundbreaking Ceremony was held on Thursday, April 25, 2019 to commemorate the start of construction on the ACT 1st Federal Credit Union branch located at 555 W Main Street in Romney, WV.
Designed by Omni Associates-Architects of Fairmont, WV, this design/build project involves the construction of a new 2,695 SF, two-story branch. The branch will feature a comprehensive financial experience on the first floor and a telecommunications and training room on the second floor.
This will be the fourth branch for ACT 1st Federal Credit Union and the first one in West Virginia. Currently, their main office is located in LaVale, MD, while the other two branches are located in Cumberland, MD.
The new branch is scheduled to open in September of 2019.
