Morgan-Keller just finished the final touches on tilting concrete panels on Building B at Redstone Industrial in Manassas, VA. This 242,340 SF project includes the new construction of two tilt up warehouses- Building A (103,500) SF and Building B (138,840) SF.
Located just off Prince William Parkway, within the Data Center Overlay District and E-Commerce Overlay District, the buildings’ supreme location and design offers options to the widest array of users from data center to biotech and all forms of industrial uses as well. The Developer for this project is Matan Companies and the Architect is Powers Brown Architecture.
