Construction is coming along nicely at our Cascades of Frederick project located at 360 Prospect Blvd in Frederick, MD. The project includes the construction of a 151-unit, 144,000 SF affordable senior living community.
Building amenities include an exercise room, yoga/wellness room, a library with a coffee station, a gathering room, sitting areas, pub/lounge, bbq stations, fire pits, garden stations as well as a dog park and dog wash station.
Walking paths will be located on the site as well. The project is scheduled for delivery in the Fall of this year.
