Construction is currently underway for our Crestwood Manor project in Frederick, MD. Designed by Grimm + Parker Architects and developed by Osprey Property Company and Pax Edwards, this 149,246 SF, 120-unit affordable multi-family community includes three new construction residential buildings and the conversion of the former residence onsite into a community clubhouse and amenity space.
