A Grand Opening Ceremony was held for our Ashburn Chase Apartments project in Ashburn, VA on Wednesday, November 4th. The event was hosted by TM Associates, Good Works, and Toll Brothers.
Designed by Poole & Poole Architecture, the 126,254 SF affordable apartment community includes 96 total units in two buildings. The four-story wood-framed buildings each offer 48 units. Building 1 is podium-style with parking on grade below. Other features of the community include a large amenities area with a fitness center, cyber cafe, and a community room within Building 1.
