  • Bradley Guyton

    President & CEO

    Brad has 35 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and specialized technically oriented construction. He joined Morgan-Keller in 1983 and developed his management skills in various roles, including Scheduler, Estimator, Project Manager, Manager of Specialty Contracts, Business Development Representative, Vice President of the Specialty Contracts Group, and Executive Vice President. Brad earned his B.S. in Business & Finance and his M.B.A. from Mount Saint Mary’s College.

  • Jerry L. Bowman

    Executive Vice President of General Contracts

    Jerry has over 45 years of experience working in the construction and development industry. His project experience includes facilities in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Jerry has a diverse background with numerous projects that have honed his technical and problem solving skills. He earned his B.S. in Building Construction from Penn State University.

  • Darrell Guyton

    Vice President, Specialty Contracts & Commercial Facilities Maintenance

    Darrell is the Vice President of the Specialty Contracts and Commercial Facilities Maintenance Group. Typical projects in these departments include new construction, tenant fit-out, and renovations ranging in value from $2,000 to $2,000,000. Darrell joined the company in 1987 and spent his early years with the company as an Estimator and Project Manager. He received his B.A. in Human Relations and Management from McDaniel College and is a graduate of The Project Manager’s Academy, a program with the Department of Construction Science & Management in the College of Architecture at Clemson University.

  • Joy Watt

    Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

    Joy has been with Morgan-Keller for 24 years and has 32 years of experience in accounting for residential and commercial construction. She earned her B.A. in Accounting from Loyola College and her M.B.A. from Mount Saint Mary’s College.

  • Andy Woolard

    Vice President of Estimating & Preconstruction Services

    Prior to joining Morgan-Keller as Vice President of Estimating and Preconstruction Services, Andy served as Chief Estimator for one of Washington, D.C.’s largest general contractors. Andy has 37 years of estimating and engineering experience in commercial and industrial construction. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.

  • Bob Rininger

    Vice President of MK Concrete

    With 48 years of concrete construction experience, Bob’s resume includes positions as Field Superintendent, Project Manager, and Business Owner.  Bob has served as General Manager of MK Concrete for 21 years and has been a Vice President with Morgan-Keller for 17 years.

  • Taylor Davis

    Vice President, Business Development

    Taylor joined Morgan-Keller in 2011 and has been an integral part of the growth of the organization since that time. Taylor’s experience includes planning, coordination, negotiation, estimating, and budget management for a variety of commercial and residential construction projects. Taylor earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and his M.B.A. from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
