Our Commercial Facilities Maintenance (CFM) team has been impressed with Richie and how far he has come since joining us in 2019 as a Field Services Supervisor. Team members enjoy working with him as he is very dependable. Over the last year, he has handled many challenging projects and each one he completes as he grows as a Supervisor.
He does an excellent job communicating with his Project Management teams and subcontractors. He is also very reliable when it comes to responding to on-call and emergency service work. Richie exemplifies our core values in everything he does and is an essential part of the CFM team’s successes.
