About this Project
This project involved the construction of six warehouse / office flex buildings totaling 675,000 SF utilizing concrete tilt-up construction. The tilt-up concrete construction features a visually appealing neutral palette with stone accent. Bays range in size from 5,000 to 12,000 square feet, two 9' x 10' dock doors per bay with drive-in capability and 30' clear ceiling height and the truck court is 115 feet.

- Building A: 191,911 SF, Completed June 30, 2017
- Building B: 103,017 SF, Completed August 2, 2016
- Building C: 131,293 SF, Completed December 13, 2017
- Building D: 108,283 SF, Completed May 1, 2018
- Building E: 59,006 SF, Completed June 14, 2017
- Building F: 77,214 SF, Completed October 21, 2016
