About this Project
Construction of three one-story tilt up warehouses (Building 201- 116,800 SF, Building 202- 64,000 SF, Building 203- 276,000 SF) within a Class A research and industrial development. Morgan-Keller is currently fitting out Buildings 201 and 202 for a diagnostic manufacturing facility for Ellume.
Progress Labs at Center 85 is ideally located in the heart of the Route 85 corridor with excellent access north and south via the new I-270/85 interchange.
