Morgan-Keller is nearing completion on another great project with Matan Companies.
700 Progress Way in Gaithersburg, MD includes the construction of two industrial buildings - both 197,400 SF. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture, the buildings boast a 32’ clear ceiling height, 50’ x 52’ column spacing, 200’ truck court, and 50 dock doors.
Located in the heart of Montgomery County, the project is located on a 44-acre property that directly fronts Interstate 270 at the Montgomery Village Avenue exit.
