An Opening Event for Morgan-Keller's Faith House Project will take place on Saturday, December 3rd. Gov. Larry Hogan will help celebrate the opening of this new women's-only emergency shelter in Frederick. Hogan will join with other local elected officials to commemorate the opening of the Faith House at 731 N. Market St., according to a news release. The opening marks the culmination of a five-year effort by the Frederick Rescue Mission to open an emergency shelter for women and children.
