Morgan-Keller believes preconstruction is the most important phase of projects.  As a result, M-K has developed a Preconstruction Department staffed with experienced and knowledgeable personnel. The Preconstruction staff works directly with the Owner, the Owner’s Representatives and the Architect to understand their needs and to assist in developing project budgets. These budgets reflect M-K’s best thinking on how to meet the needs of the Owner, the constraints of the building site, the materials and systems for the project and the Architect's aesthetic intent.
